CEDAT Nexus is a startup ecosystem and community platform that brings together entrepreneurs, students, professionals, and mentors to connect, collaborate, and grow. To access certain features of the platform, such as event participation or profile creation, users may be required to register and provide accurate, up-to-date information. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and agree not to misuse the platform or engage in any form of unlawful, offensive, or disruptive behavior.
What and all included
CEDAT Nexus retains all intellectual property rights to the content provided on the platform, including logos, branding, text, and media, unless otherwise stated. Any user-generated content, such as startup pitches or event submissions, may be showcased or reused by CEDAT for promotional purposes unless explicitly opted out. While we make every effort to ensure high-quality events and a positive experience, CEDAT Nexus is not liable for any damages, disruptions, or third-party content accessed through the platform. All users must adhere to a respectful community code of conduct, refraining from harassment, misinformation, or discriminatory behavior.
Participation in events or use of third-party tools (e.g., Zoom, Luma, Townscript) is at the user’s discretion, and CEDAT Nexus is not responsible for external services. These Terms may be updated from time to time, and continued use of the website implies your acceptance of the latest version. Any violations of these terms may result in suspension or permanent removal from the platform. This agreement is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
